I'm surprised at the number of negative comments. I've been using Garmin watches for years, and this has been the best way to offload and save my running/biking data. Garmin's format is proprietary, but I use a web site that can import the data, and I've used this combination for years to track my progress.

I see this only as a means to download my data. It's not an editor, calculator, tester or anything else. It takes what my Garmin has recorded and saves it to disk. Or, to Garmin's CONNECT web site.
Reliability: 5.0
Never had a problem with it. Only two things are minor irritants: 1) It doesn't auto-launch when my Garmin is plugged in, despite the setting, and 2) The splash screen somehow inserts itself into my desktop pattern rather than overlay it. But it goes away and leaves my desktop untouched. Odd behavior, and not really Mac-like.

Version: 7.19.0.0
Your system requirements are not correct for this version. Version 7.19 will not work on Mac OS 10.14 or lower. I have not tried to install it on 10.15, however, the Garmin site erroneously indicates the minimum Mac OS is 10.16 .... I assume they meant Mac OS 11, since it was released in lieu of a 10.16 update. On the other hand, Garmin could have meant 10.15. Who knows. Regardless, MacUpdate's requirements information about 10.10 or higher is wrong.

7.12.0.0 crashes when my Nüvi 2555 is connected. Had to revert to 7.11.1.0. Crash report submitted. Using 10.14 on my 2017 iMac.

This is not helpful. After 3 hours on phone calls, chats and trouble shooting I was sent an email with steps that I was required to do to file a claim. The "free" update cost 3 hours of my time and I am left with nothing. Customer service was not helpful in the least bit.
